One of the aims of the project is to disseminate good pedagogical practices and promote transferability of project management and technical translation.

1. Professionally-oriented teaching and learning activities

a. Joint terminology

In order to encourage students from the different partner institutions to cooperate prior to the December Tradutech sessions, a joint terminology project is implemented in technical domains/fields determined by the partners.

b. Tutorials

Tutorials are produced by students from Rennes 2 University and Babes-Bolyai University to introduce students from other universities to the Tradutech experience.

2. Transferable outcomes and materials

A Tradutech Handbook presents the Tradutech methodology applicable to other universities and contexts.

3. Training of trainers

Two of the sessions will include a training of trainers component focusing on the rationale, organisation and resource requirements of a Tradutech session. Specific issues such as student and staff competence requirements, learning outcomes and evaluation will also be addressed.
